The Akrotech Giles G-300 is an ultralightweight (700kg) American aerobatic aircraft built in Oregon to compete in the Unlimited category of aerobatic competitions. Its powerful engine generates about 400 km/h maximum speed.

The only prototype was built in 1997 and was sold to Robert Meyer and Marta Bohn-Meyer, both NASA flight test engineers at the Dryden flight research center. Marta was team manager of the US Unlimited Aerobatic team. On september 18 2005 Marta started a practice session with the G-300 in Yukon, OK. When the canopy separated from the plane, Marta died and the plane crashed.

This replica is pretty fast and agile. It finishes the Indy air race course in 1:33.
