An H.S.H.F(High speed heavy fighter) from the Republic of Jharon. The X-Seventy1 "Phobia" is a jet from the time of early stealth, when aircraft companies from around the world dove into a race to see who could make a stealth aircraft that couldn't be detected on radar. This aircraft, nicknamed the "Phobia", was a canidate for a stealth fighter from two companies within The Republic of Jharon, and is fitted with air-to-air missiles, flares, which was a technological breakthrough at the time, a cannon at the front of the aircraft, and three engines. The project was abandoned after workers and engineers said that they "Couldnt put stealth on an aircraft with such jagged edges"-Head of project: Phobia. And so the Phobia never saw any combat action.
