Fixed some issues with the missile launching system.

The P23-A is basically a TC23-A modified for search and rescue, patrol, and early warning purposes. It is fitted with the T-REX II (Taipan Radar EXpirimental II) radar, developed to target enemies at any possible angle. It has capacity for up to 8 missiles, which are standardly 6 Inferno's for its job and 2 Interceptor's for self defense against enemy aircraft.

Controls:
Act. 1 for lights
Act. 2 for Flaps (VTO O OL) and Trim
Act. 3 for Radar (Use VTOL and Trim sliders to aim it)
