The Sampaguita is an ambulance that has seen its days at hospitals. It has been used as an amphibious vehicle designed to reach areas with only water and no land. The handling in water, though, has been described by operators as "horrible" due to the fact that you have to try and steer it many times just to get into a straight line. The top speed on land however is reaching 330km/h that local legends spawned with the theme being "If you can drive it, then you can be Mika Haakinen (or Marcus Gronholm in another variation)". The model is pretty old, mainly because the sirens were taken from a gasoline-powered blowdryer.
