I onow the name "Bitcher" sounds bad but if you say it in a german accent it sounds different. it is a seaplane. There was only one prototype ever built and I am pretty sure I am one of the 5 people that have gotten to see it. It's in a museum in South Vietnam. VTOL flaps.
