The X-4 Bantam was an expirimental aircraft designed and made by the Northrop Corparation. It was designed for NACA, and had no rear stabilizers. It was a “lemon” according to the head of the NACA Muroc Flight Test Unit, and it flew like one too. Because it had no rear stabilizers, it used what it called an “elevon” control surface, which functions as both an elevator control surface and an alierion control surface. Only two were ever made, and ultimately they couldn’t fuction as intended because of the control technology at the time. This is my best attempt at replicating it.
