An experimental seaplane made to test different wingshapes and the combination of jet engines and sea use.
Standard controls, VTOL controls skis, it is better to bring the skis up to about half when landing/on/taking off water. Experiment to see which works best, it is unadvisable to have the skis at full, as they aren’t designed for it, and might pull the aircraft under. Have skis retracted for flight and on land operations.
