the celica was built for higher speeds on railways that werent built for speed. (much like the BR APT-P) so it has many different features which help it get to up to 140mph on conventional rail. 1 it has a hydrokinetic brakeing system which is incredibly powerful 2 it can tilt up to 6.5 degrees round sharper bends to make the ride more comfortable 3 it has a power output of 4950hp which makes the celica accelerate rarther quickly and get up steep gradients with ease. there are 3 versions planned forming the all new island link services. the 3110 which runs on overhead power, 3120 these will be slightly shorter in length at only 4 cars and will be bimodal (runs on diesel and 3rd rail) and the 3130 this will be a 8 car version built to run between the croftien democracy and the Wright isles.
