[Description]
The HRMMS Scutum (His Royal Mchangian Majesty's Ship Scutum) is the flagship of the Mchangian naval fleet. Manned by a crew of 197, Scutum was expensive and quite advanced for the time, featuring 12 195mm Multi-Purpose guns equally distributed in 6 turrets, the Scutum was also equipped with the new prototype Mchangian radar systems provided to them by Allies from other continents.
During the war, the Scutum raided Cespeland shipping and is confirmed to have destroyed several Cespeland destroyer escorts alongside a Cespeland destroyer. Aside from the Scutum, the heavy cruiser class had 3 more ships classified as a Scutum Class. These were, HRMMS Pilum [Sunk in 1948 from a kamikaze], HRMMS Gladius [Survived the war but was later scrapped in 1952], and HRMMS Spatha [Survived the war and converted into a museum ship like the Scutum]
