Gloster Meteor F.4 (Hyper Detail)
----Gloster Meteor F.4 (Hyper Detail)----
The Gloster Meteor is by far my favorite plane, even though there were superior jet aircraft at the time (like the Me 262).
It was the first functional British jet plane, and the only allied jet fighter to see combat service during WWII. This high definition replica of it is as historically accurate and as complex as I could make it, and features adjustable trim for each control axis (Trim and activator 3 for rudder, 4 for elevators and 5for ailerons).
The cockpit is nice and comfortable with a functioning flight stick, throttle and rudder pedals, and enough blinky lights to keep you amused for hours :). Shooting other planes down is easy with the four hard hitting 20mm Hispano MkV cannons, and you can easily see where you are aiming, because every fourth round is a tracer. If you do get hit, press activator 6 to bail out!
There are flaps and airbrake to assist in landings; flaps are on VTOL activator 1 (100% of the slider for landing flaps, 75% of the slider for takeoff flaps, and just a smidge past halfway for combat flaps) and airbrakes are on VTOL activator 2. The landing gear is complex to operate, however they are still usable by the AI. To pack them away, turn off activator eight and turn on activator seven, and hit the gear button. Once the landing gear are safely tucked away into the plane, turn on activator eight to close the gear doors. To extend them again, you'll want activator seven off, and activator eight on. Hit the gear button, and when the gear is deployed down, turn on activator seven to fully extend the gear. The only remaining controls are activator 6 for bailing out, and 3,4 and 5 to turn on various cockpit lights, as well as trimming the control surfaces.
All control axis are individually trimmable, with the rudder on VTOL 3, the elevators on VTOL 4, and the ailerons on VTOL 5.
This plane is entirely my creation, apart from the wheels and fuselage attached to them, which came from TRIGGERHAPPY20's Me 262 Hg II, and the lettering, which came from AG Sans Serif by AGDynamics, although I heavily modified both of them.
Note: Because of the slightly glitchy Simpleplanes drag physics, it has a sight tendancy to roll, and really wants to veer off the runway. Both of these can easily be fixed with the rudder, and rudder trimming.
I have been through over 45 temporary versions of this plane throughout it's design, so I hope you have a lot of fun flying it! All feedback would be greatly appreciated, and if you like it, feel free to leave an upvote!

@CursedFlames Thanks! The wing stripes are Normandy stripes, used on d-day so that allied troops could recognize it as friendly. The roundels are Royal Air Force roundels, from the British air force, and I'm not too sure what the numbers on the tail are, but I think they identify which squadron it came from.
Beautiful aircraft, that's why I chose it to be my first plane. I'm curious to what the livery represents.
Good point, but weren't there only ever two prototypes made?
