Auto Credit Based on Franticmatty's XPLANE Challenge! [CLOSED!]
This aircraft was devloped under the designation of a research aircraft though it was developed for a high-altitude reconaissance over the Soviet Union, a model and slightly full size mock-up was created, though this wasn't the only high-altitude recon. aircraft developed, both Fairchild and Martin also created models though they were denied, but instead of Bells aircraft being used it became Lockheeds' U-2 which was also falsely designated as a research aircraft
