Description
The evolution from a multirole light aircraft from the 50s destined to carry out precise strikes on ground targets. Ultimately the original Le Vent F-5 has diversified to fit many needs from light attacker to pursuit fighter and over time has been adapted to fit those roles better.
The newest model A/F-5H boasts modern digitalized avionics of the G model with the weapon capability of the E model. Because if it’s cheap price, F-5’s have been employed by many second rate militaries and volunteer corps around the world.
Notes
The aircraft will be heavy until you drop your bombs, keep this in mind. Your fuel is limited, don’t keep your plane at full throttle for too long. Keep throttle at 60 for cruising speed & around 18-25 too keep pace with the KC-130 in the air. Don’t turn too hard in the ground, if you do you’ll bump the wing and have to get it repaired. You don’t have any air to air capability besides a single mg, be weary of any enemy fighters, and use chaff if you need to. Land using slats and flaps at full extension, come in with 7% throttle and go down slowly. The ole’ gear doesn’t like rough landings.
