The USAF and other allied nations are requesting a new generation of stealth bombers and fighters to make sure we are prepared for the next 'world war.'
The air force has expressed that they would like creativity but have a few basic Specs:
total weight cannot exceed 35,000lbs.
Must be long range.
must be able to reach speeds faster than 700mph,
and lastly must be stol (enough to land and take-off from tiny)

Nickasaurus, I suspect the new Nation of Texas will field one of these well in advance of the bureaucratic other guy's Project Stealth Eye. Just a hunch. Upload will be posted for Texas Protype I.
