Lockheed C-130HC
In 2010 Lockheed developed an eight-bladed propeller version of the C-130, using all-composite NP2000 blades. Takeoff run was reduced by 20% over the standard C-130J in use by the USAF and US Coast Guard.
Credit to @PlansAndThings for a recent, good, C-130 post, which I used as a design inspiration, with all blocks/engines/wings replaced with "mods".
This model can land on any flat surface: touchdown is 105-115 mph, LEVEL Only.
Any island, including Prixus and Snowstone is a good place to visit.
Landing: Do Not Glide, use: 1-2% power to stay level at any runway or sand or snow surface. Kill power upon touchdown at 100-115 mph.
Apply brakes.
Use turn (roll) to steer to new SP-earth constructs such as hangers. Park inside, set a new location in hanger, like I have done for all hangers.

Thanks @PlanesAndThings -- your C-130 inspired this build, but deconstruct it, and you'll find bizarre mods everywhere, totally new wings+6000 hp engines+fuselage rebuild. Thx for the inspiration!
Daytime, 3:00 PM Pacific Time, the last Burbank touch and go by an operational SR71 circa 1980, which left melted asphalt on runway. History, a "bird" I helped to get built out of titanium. I sleep well, now, the F117 and F22 are much quieter. @FennVectorCWA
@Stingray SR-71s kewl... U don sleep?
Thanks @RAF1
Thanks @Himynameiswalrus
@JoeAdkinson13 Thx, I think your house may get noisy. I live near Burbank Airport; nearly everything lands here, including 747s and SR71s.
Very nice, these airplanes fly over my house all times of day and night. I live a few miles from Dobbins NAS which shares runways with Lockheed in Marietta GA.
