Penguin is a civilian concept made by me. It has a top speed of 240mph. from 4,000—9,000ft. It has a cruise speed of 190mph. at 9,000ft. It can carry 1 pilot, and 1 passenger that's seated behind the glass canopy, in rear of the pilot. It can carry all sorts of baggage in the fuselage.
(On take-off, Penguin likes to pitch down, so be sure to compensate for it.)
