The Avro Vulcan is a jet-powered delta wing strategic bomber, which was operated by the Royal Air Force from 1956 until 1984. Aircraft manufacturer, Avro, designed the Vulcan in response to Specification B.35/46. Of the three V bombers produced, the Vulcan was considered the riskiest option. Several scale aircraft, designated Avro 707, were produced to test and refine the delta wing design principles. IMPORTANT! This plane has a high lift force and as a result, it's recommended that you fly at about 30,000ft. Maneuvers are slow, as a bomber's movements should be.I really enjoyed making this beauty. Landing it is also pretty graceful. Because of high lift, you can come down at about 170 or even slower. Slowest I've landed at is 100....I know. I'm a real daredevil!

The design of this plane looks amazing. It also flies pretty well at altitude. For the amount of parts you used it still looks stunningly similar to the actual Vulcan.

Amazing to look at, amazing to fly, softest landing I've ever done. Thought I was still flying as I kissed the runway. Perfect

@thomasjaf I know right! Ivwould change it, but that would be innacurate to the IRL design. It might feel wierd, but try to ignore it.

Unbelievable, very nice job. Flies impressively well for a big delta. Controls are sharp and it really looks the part.

I love the bicolor feature but the inverted ailerons are really disturbing for me... You just have to put the elevators on the tip of your wings. I also invite you to read that to understand where it comes from : http://www.reddit.com/r/SimplePlanes/comments/2nlf3t/inverted_elevators_on_flying_wing/cmen0ou

Fine detail, sharp looking Vulcan! Got to be careful on all maneuvers, the balance is delicate. An accomplishment!
