[fiction] During the early days of german aggression, they ostheer has trouble penetrating Russian heavy tanks. Their medium guns couldn't defeat tanks like the KV-1 in combat. To remedy this dilemma, Rheinmetall and Krupp partnered to create a hard hitting tank destroyer with an experimental machine gun capable of nearly 250 rpm. This, with its dual rocket tub for small vehicles made this an extremely effective tank hunter. However these advantages were negated by its cost and weakness to Soviet bombers or sharpshooters, whom would often detonate the rockets. This lead to the decisive choice to decommission the tank in early 1941, in favor of the stug IV or the jagdpanzer hetzer. (first build with xml! Decent?
