VTOL up to raise, throttle up to 100%, ACT1 to release when ready. ACT2 activates the VTOL engines and ACT3 activates the rotation for the nozzles. Return the slider to center before activating ACT3. It floats. You can land in the water and then use the VTOL engines to take off again.
