just saying, you dont need any rotators to make a helicopter. you need 2 horizontal stabilisers at the back, and a vertical stabiliser aswell. you also need, towards the front, 2 primary wings. and then line up the rotor to either the COM(center of mass or the COL(dont know what it stands for lol) HOPE THIS TIP HELPED!! :)
