This is the truck of the insane clown Sweet Tooth from the video game Twisted Metal, one of the first released on the original Playstation.

Tip: Press F9 to hide the instruments. Load the Windmill Farm location, where a convoy with several AA vehicles often circles the windmills. Press F9 to show the instruments again when you're done with your insane clown antics.
Production notes: This is based on a build by @Flash0of0green from several years ago (very nice but chunky build from that version of SP). I was going to build my own but then found this, which I think is functional enough to get close to the PS1 Sweet Tooth. I eliminated and replaced a few unnecessary parts, automated and modified the missiles, gave it a paint job. If I'm super bored one day I'll work on a proper dash and other details. If I remember correctly, the doors on the back of Sweet Tooth opened when you fired a missile or something... another day.
