(Sorry i deleted the last one, i realized this design is better) anyway so i was messing with rotators and hinges, put it in a boat, and then gave it wheels. FireGuns to fire the laser (made from 3 modded miniguns) vtol to rotate, trim for elevation, pitch and roll to drive, throttle and yaw for boat mode. Enjoy!
