If you want differential thrust on all engines (including afterburners) just copy the code from the main engines and add it to the others.
What the title says, instructions are in-game. To move to another craft, take the: buttons, drag big engine, take the hinge rotators, and VTOL engine. Enjoy

Obviously there's a lot of different ways to program this but. You could consider programming to having Afterburner 1 kick in at 90%-95% then afterburner 2 kick in at 96% - 100%. Just a thought.... Z 😺
