This was an experimental attack aircraft built and desgined by Brewster, it came into being because America wanted an aircraft similiar to the Ju-87 Stuka, when the XA-32 was finally finished it was undepowered and heavy, it was then desgined to have a heavier engine, but instead the USAAC chise the North American A-36 Apache
