This .556 NATO riffle is simple, reliable, and cheap as all sh-t. It is a full auto, light weight military riffle for the Northern Federation of Korea.
-A test was done by several agencies. 8 were beat against a brick wall, submerged in mud, thrown out a plane from 100 feet, left in desert sand for a week, and then thrown in a septic tank. A week later they fuctioned fine.

@SPS13 Lava? Damn, the K-18 would not survive that. We build practical firearms.

The K-18 worked reasonably well during the Santorini Campaign, which troops often fought in fine volcanic sand that tended to get everywhere. It jammed more frequently of course, but not much worse than the K-10 bolt-action rifle or the Mk 2 pump shotgun.

@SPS13 ikr, no offence to you @Delphirier but ur entire gun would have to be made out of tungsten or titanium to even be in one piece after that (being thrown into lava) .

@Delphirier @SPS13 The K-18 Mk II was thrown into mud, the kind of soupy mud that goes everywhere. It was able to immediately dump its entire magazine.
