Summary

The M-77 Main Battle Tank, commonly known as the "Python", is an armored fighting vehicle employed by the Unity Defense Corporation

Overview

The Python represents the best possible balance between mobility and firepower.
Indeed the vehicle's prominence among the UDC is due to its low production cost, transportability, and overall firepower.
??????????? armoring makes it almost invulnerable to small-arms fire and --combined with it's effective sloping-- easily shrugs off normal ballistic and kinetic weapons, while anti-mine hardware and electronics provide additional protection.
The tank also features a crew of four, which are the Commander, Gunner, Loader and Driver.

The Python's main weapon, mounted on a 360° rotating turret, is the M68A5 Smoothbore High Velocity Cannon which fires a 105mm APFSDS shell, including ATGMs and others.
Though this weapon can have difficulty penetrating the armor of some heavy vehicles,it is capable of destroying most targets in a single shot or gutting a T-80U in two to three, depending on where the shots hit relative to the target's hull.
For additional offensive power some Pythons will instead mount a 120mm cannon (and later, 130mm).

The Scharfschützen RCWS and M60E6 GPMG serve as the tank's secondary weapons.
The former delivering 12.7x99mm armor-piercing rounds with speed and thoroughness.
And the latter dispensing 7.62x51mm into Enemies at 2,800ft/s at 650rpm
