Mig-21 Fishbed
The Mig-21 F-13 'Fishbed' was a Soviet fighter, entering service in ~1965, and is still in use today.
Its armament consists of one 30mm cannon with 60 rounds of ammunition, and two K-13 air-to-air missiles.
(For this build, I added a Boom 25 where the external tank would be, and 200 rounds as 60 isn't really enough.)
This build contains:
One Mig-21 supplied with
2x Interceptor ATA missiles
1x 30mm cannon with 200 rounds of ammunition
1x boom 25
Custom gear with suspension and retraction
CONTROLS:
VTOL - flaps
AG8 - main engine
AG1 - afterburner
AG7 - drop all arsenal
Takeoff and recommended landing speed: 165 mph
Dogfighting speed: 300+ mph
Tips for flying:
This plane has bad horizontal energy retention - try not to pull up too much (this is simulated by a hidden pitch input airbrake)
It is recommended not to roll and pull up harshly with only one missile.
When shooting with the cannon, aim a little left of your target lead.
The Mig-21 performs best at high speed
A joystick is recommended
Have some nice flights!
