What is up, I’m back after a while, as of starting this build I recently watched the movie DUNE. the aero engineer in me saw and really wanted to build a VTOL ornithopter. So I worked on flight systems until I got a few to work but never as successful as spartiancarlos73’s so I bummed it off of his ornithopter (which you should check out it’s really cool I’ll put a link to it below) and modify it slightly.

Actual ornithopter action (not a spoof)
Foldable wings
And I think I’m working VR cockpit.
Some tips for Flying this thing:
For some reason, after a certain speed, it starts accelerating for no reason, if you catch it early enough, you can stop it by throttling up. If you don’t stop it, it’ll accelerate to a thousand mph and explode.
You can make some pretty cool maneuvers by pulling down slightly on the VTOL slider to pull up quickly.

Neat build! the acceleration glitch you're talking about is probably caused by the wings oscillating due to the framerate of the physics engine. They're coded to be flexible, but at very high speeds the oscillation produces more energy than it consumes.
