AS-HZ-11 (Haphazard Class)
Details
The Haphazard Class is a class of U.A.C ships built to escort and defend the AS-AC-10 carrier aircraft. Unfortunately, while the C.A.S initially set out to build a destroyer, they accidentally made it bigger than a destroyer (more cruiser size) and added a turret that wouldn’t be out of place on a battleship.
As a result, the U.A.C couldn’t decide what type of ship it best represented and called it the Haphazard class due to hybrid features on the “destroyer”.
The Haphazard class features one Turret with 3 cannons designed to fire guided shells to either bombard other ships or land targets, 2 smaller cannons used with a similar purpose, but with anti-aircraft capability, 6 surface to surface missile platforms, 12 surface to air platform, an RDW chain gun system for close quarters combat, along with torpedoing capabilities. The Haphazard class is a force to be reckoned with. The haphazard has been known to sink 2 destroyers simultaneously when operated correctly. It also sports excellent carrier sinking capability.
