Use VTOL to raise and lower cargo ramp. The newest heavy lift aircraft of the Pilotmario Air Force, and an improvement over the original Provisioner II Mk I Transport. It carries more fuel, and has four instead of six engines. These four engines are far more fuel efficient than the previous six, allowing for greater range overall. It retains the multiple landing gears, so as to distribute the mass of the aircraft evenly. This allows it to operate from dirt fields of sufficient size, such as Bandit Airport, even when fully loaded. On occasion, it can carry an entire Pummeler attack plane inside it, provided it was disassembled into major components. The Provisioner II Transport Mk II greatly expanded the logistical capabilities of the Pilotmario Air Force.
