Description

The MP-3TB "Clementine" is a medium-sized Mountain-borne (And converted to Carrier-borne) bomber, lacking of the characteristical foldable wings of the Mountain series of aircraft, compensated by the powerful armament, excellent performances at low and high speeds, as well as a very short landing/takeoff distance.
This particular type is suited with two "Orca" rocket torpedoes, allowing for long-range hits without risking of being hit by the ship's AA guns. Furthermore, the Twin 37mm cannons mounted in the rear ball turret, along with two frontal 12mm machine guns, allow for some substantial firepower against most single-engined fighters
The plane however doesn't have impressive top speeds for the Mountain project, and can't tank a lot of hits.

Operation and handling

Activate 1 To use the main Ball turret. Use the Roll/Pitch controls to aim the turret
Activate 2 To use the frontal machine guns. It is suggested to switch to the cameras related to both armaments, with similar controls
Activate 3 For the Hook, used for carrier landing
Activate 4 For the lights, even internal ones
Activate 5 To arm the "Orca" 1500lbs torpedoes. They require little prediction, however, must be fired at a distance of 1 or 2 miles, as getting too close will risk the aircraft's safety.
Activate 6 To open the bomb bay
Activate 7 To use the Navigator's table, and stabilize the plane
Activate/Deactivate 8 for the control surfaces

Normal controls apply, with Vtol for flaps.
Landing gears are very strong and usable for all terrains, but the plane is very susceptible to AA fire. Furthermore, it is a bomber, not a fighter. It is not very maneuverable. The huge lift makes up for it by allowing for some slow glides
