The Devastator was developed in 1935 and first flew in '37. Considered the most advanced naval aircraft in the world, however by the time the U.S. entered the war it was already outdated. Another inter-war plane for my collection. While the real thing has folding wings and a rear turret, I have not included these two specifics as I was not happy with the aesthetics of the plane in this modeler. She's outfitted with twelve 100lb bombs, one 250lb bomb, and one forward firing MG in the nose. Has flaps if you need them. Thank you for stopping by to look, and enjoy your flight!!
