Look, as much as I dislike the British (joke), this thing is one pretty aircraft.
For info: The gloster meteor is the first british jet powered fighter, and the first jet fighter ever made by tue allies in general during ww2. This was a direct competitor of the Messerchmit 262, and although it was kinda crap aerodynamics wise, it did have great wartime performance, and went on to serve. after ww2, in conflicts such as the Korean war (I think)
