The Maunsell Sea Fort, the Army version, are towers protruding from the ocean around England in the English Channel. The forts were built during WW2 to help prevent against a German invasion, and as a defense against air raids. All the towers were armed with heavy cannons, but this one doesn't. Why? Laziness. Anyways, most of the forts were destroyed by engineers to combat pirate radio stations (Why is this a thing?!), and by storms. A couple still do exist, but very few. So, if you ever get get a chance to go to England, rent a boat and a GPS to find some. Note: Since I was having issues with balance on water, this is strictly a land fort.
