The CBY-3 was manufactured in 1994 by Canadian company Canadian Car and Foundry (CanCar). It failed to impress customers, so only a single prototype was made, operated by Burnelli itself until 1964 when it was given to the New England Air Museum where it is currently undergoing a reconstruction.
