This is a United States Specialty Vehicles Hellcat Rhino XT that has been fitted with reinforced suspension, bull bars, step bars, a roof rack, and flashers, painted in a Fire and Rescue livery. It is towing an inflatable twin-engined rescue boat on an reinforced offroad boat trailer.
CONTROLS:

Pitch to drive.
Roll to steer.
Act 1 and 2 for turn signals.
Act 3 for reverse lights.
Act 4 for Gyroscope.
Act 5 and 6 for flashers.
Boat:
Act 7: to detatch boat from trailer.

    @Aaron2107 We'll if you want less parts you can download my SWAT version of this vehicle and paint it accordingly. Unfortunately, you won't be able to have the Rhino and the boat at the same time.
