This is a Belarusian cargo airline. It was originally the 339th Soviet/Belarusian Transport Aviation Regiment. In 1993, due to the decline in demand for military air transport in Belarus, the regiment was reorganized and converted into Trans Avia Export Airlines,therefore, many of the aircraft of this airline were once military aircraft. You can see obvious traces of modified tail gun pods on the tail of their Il-76TD.
