Takeoff, pull back on the stick until in the air. A bit underpowered, but flies well if you're not yanking the controls too much.
The Ryan STs were a series of two seat, low-wing monoplane aircraft built by the Ryan Aeronautical Company. They were used as sport aircraft, as well as trainers by flying schools and the military of several countries.
Oddly enough this is similar to the plane that Harrison Ford was flying and had to emergency land yesterday (I was already building this and was spurred to finish by the coincidence) If you haven't heard about it, he was only minorly injured after a hard landing on a golf course when the engine stalled.
