The F/A-17 Wasp is a Paternian medium multirole strike fighter developed and manufactured by Bandit Aerospace. It was designed as a competitor to the F-7 Viper, produced by their rivals KRIEG. Rejected by the Air Force over the F-7 Viper, the F/A-17 Wasp was accepted by the Paternian Navy and by extension, the Marine Corps. A capable strike fighter, it would see extensive service with many operators. This particluar machine is configured for air defense, although it can carry a multitude of ground attack munitions.

Right.
Still rekt the E-56. @PyrusEnderhunter
Btw, the E-56 was the standard warplane. The E-57 didn't come out until 2100 so... @Pilotmario
@PyrusEnderhunter Btw the F/A-17 Wasp was employed extensively by the Paternian military during the various Paterno-Sentian Wars, notably the Paternian Navy from aircraft carriers and the Paternian Marine Corps from land bases.
It was quite a capable warplane in these missions. Like the F-6 and F-7, the F/A-17 was effective against the E-57 due to its superior avionics and armament, excellent command, control, communications, and superior tactics.
Perhaps @Pilotmario
@PyrusEnderhunter Are you implying something?
Finally! A not-so-overrated plane build!
@phanps Thanks!
Cool beanerinos.
