Cant remember who posted this asking for it to be fixed but here it is. To take off put TRIM all the way down, THROTTLE at 100% and use VTOL to control blade pitch. Plane will take off at around 190 km/h without any input from pitch control. Once the wheels are off the ground push VTOL UP and TRIM to just above 0.
