One of the last manned aircraft in the late 2090's, the Sandgoblin - known also as the Hellmanta, Devil Ray, Shovelhead, and Pitviper - was developed as a close range, low speed ground support craft with two .5 MM dark matter gatling turrets and up to 8,000 pounds of explosive munitions *only on unmanned variants. With its STOL abilities and massive lift, the Sandgoblin is more than capable of minimal fuel burns to maximize its combat radius to a classified distance. Despite being the slowest aircraft in operation with a sluggish maximum speed of 402 MPH, the Sandgoblin boasts three very critical traits that keep it capable of staying combat fit; first being its slow speed leads to excellent manuverability - only matched by the Horajenos, secondly, it's one of the few close combat aircraft large enough to weild the EOCS or "Electronic-Optic Camoflauge System" allowing this craft to be invisible to both the naked eye and radar for periods of time. third, Neuroveil's own Magnetic Repulsing Sheild Defense System allows small arms fire and other small projectiles to be deflected with no threat to both the pilot and the craft.
