An airborne early warning and control system is an airborne radar picket system designed to detect aircraft, ships and vehicles at long ranges and perform command and control of the battlespace in an air engagement by directing fighter and attack aircraft strikes. (Wikipedia). As you can see, its a plane with a spinning disc/radar on top. Also that part count tho lol. PS. If anyone's wondering the blasto vtol (that helps the disc spin) is under the disc and minimized
