The Pansoft Pierluisi is a specially built vehicle for the SNC Commissioner for parades. Built somewhere around the 1950s, it's really slow but it's alright since it's just used to review the troops in every holiday related to the SNC's milestones.
When not in use in parades they are used as patrol vehicles, sometimes painted with complete markings and fitted with sirens or guns.
When inspecting troops, most commissioners are usually accompanied by the chief of the unit being inspected; however, Commissioner Joseph Kai Yao Sip broke the tradition and took either the Governor or Her Holiness when he inspects troops in parades.
