Description

The ZiS-12 (94-KM) was a World War II SPAA, 2 25mm anti-air cannons mounted on the back of a ZiS-12 truck, a longer version of the ZiS-5. It had a top speed of 37mph, later models after 1950 had a top speed of 45mph, though by then the truck was severely outdated, since the design was essentially a reverse-engineered 1931 Studebaker. The ZiS-12 differed from the ZiS-5 in that it had a longer wheelbase, and the bed was lowered to chassis level, rather than to the top of the rear wheels. Obviously, the real thing can't lower its guns below the cab, but since I can't really figure out how to do vertical differences on the turret I didn't really care. Somehow, I managed to make it pretty accurate given that everything behind the cab was completely done by eye alone, since blueprints only exist for ZiS-5s and not ZiS-12s. All things considered I think it went well.

Check out the cab!
