Instructions: Press 5 to release the fuel tanks, Use the Left control stick to move the submarine, Use the Right stick to move the gun, to fire a torpedo, set VTOL up, slow down to 10mph then press 4 or 6. The reason why you have to slow down is cause the torpedos go at the same speed as the submarine.
