Grumman TB42/1942
The TB42 or TB1942 was a cheap and fast to make torpedo bomber made primarily out of wood and with a cheap flotation system and able to carry 600lbs this one carrys 610lbs wich the loadout ill talk about later but it first saw service in 1943 one year after it was made this way Grumman had 900+ models ready for combat and 300 of the 900+ models were technically different just designed for a different purpose the 300 models were designed for normal bombing not torp bombing these were called Grumman B1942/B42Mk1 they couldn't float unlike the TB42's. the TB42's last deployment was 1945 the battle of Okinawa and the B42Mk1's last deployment was 1956 near the time of the Korean War but the Grumman TB53/TB1953 was made as a variant of the TB42. (Armament) 2 250lb torps, 2 5lb rockets, 4 M1919 30cal machine guns both each with ammo ways 25lbs. so the total weight is 600 lbs. (CONTROLS) so the controls are a little different the the ones that come with the craft but here goes. So throttle should always (in water and if you want to fly instead of swim) be full but but besides that normal plane controls from there oh and if you try to take off make sure that trim is all the way down and when flying put it up or vice versa idk
