In WW3, this would be one of the English planes. The M.A23 would dive down to targets before deploying its missile which it would deploy and swoop back up, as destruction ensures. To lower the missile, slide the VTOL slider down and press 1 to deploy. This will be improved, so stay tuned.

When you deploy the bomb, take the power to 0% and slow down!! Otherwise you will explode. And you don't want that.
Also do not climb at angles above 60.. It struggles to stop, should I say.
