Bomb with 10 second fuse
Press AG1 to drop the bomb. The bomb will fall and probably hit the ground, but it won't detonate for 10 seconds after you drop it, unless it hits the ground really hard. It doesn't quite work when it explodes in the air, but nearly always works for me on the ground. It works by using the self destruct timer of a modded rocket to detonate both the rocket and the bomb that are inside the casing. A small parachute helps it slow down enough to not break apart on impact. To change the fuse, go to the rocket and use the overload mod to change the selfDestructTimer variable to any number; that is how long the fuse will last in seconds. To make the bomb more or less explosive, use overload to change the bomb's explosivity scale; it is currently 10. Feel free to use in your builds as a sub-assembly, and feel free to fiddle around with the shape of it, just please give credit. Post any problems you find in the comments and I will try to fix them.
