This is a prototype of a military surveillance plane that i am working on however the problem im running into is i cant get it to fly level/stable. the wings tend to "flutter" which causes it to bob up and down. The autopilot even seems to have trouble stabilizing the aircraft. i cant figure out a landing gear configuration that would allow the plane to "rotate" on takeoff. i tried to add structural wing to the aircraft to fix the flutter however that only seemed to minimalize the "flutter". Please help.
