KSS Blue Whale (SSBN-668) is a Blue Whale-class nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarine of the Royal Sovereign Navy and the lead ship of her class. Named after the species of a whale, Blue Whale, she served formerly for the Royal Crystal Navy for 27 years as the Crystal Navy's flagship of nuclear-deterrent forces. She was constantly upgraded during her career increasing her lifetime and eventually able to continue to serve till the creation of the Royal Sovereign Navy.

With a submerged displacement of no lesser than 52,000 tons, Blue Whale and her sisters are the most largest submarines ever built surpassing the Soviet Navy's Typhoon-class which held the record before. They can accommodate comfortable living for her crew for more than 5 months.

She is currently the most oldest submarine in service for the Royal Sovereign Navy.

Development

The development of the Blue Whale-class traced back in 2035. Eventually they were the plans intended to replace the Barracuda-class ballistic missile submarines. The first boat begin to be built in 2062, the same year after the last Barracuda boat was decommissioned. Named as Blue Whale, she served as the lead ship of the class. Launched in 2065 and able to be finished in early January of 2066, she secretly surpassed the most biggest submarines currently in service in other navies and became the flagship of Crystal Navy's nuclear-deterrent force.
