It's a good boat, but it's unstable, the propeller breaks when you turn it too much, and it can't go in a straight line. It would have worked better had you used fuselage blocks instead of floating blocks, and had mapped the rotator to the roll input. You also may need to add wings for it to stay straight at high speeds. It's a good design, keep it up!
